Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Food & Snacks and Soft drinks from our convenience selection
  • Cigarettes and Alcohol & drinks due to regulatory restrictions
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” in our SALE or Mega Deals sections

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original box, then place in a shipping box. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
